Intentionally blowing  grass clippings into the road is a huge road hazard, especially to those on 2 wheels. These loose clipping cause the road to be unnecessarily slick and frequently causes bikers to wreck, or even die.

When a bike slides, it can cause other motorists to collide in effort to avoid the initial accident and create further incident and additional injury. All it takes to avoid being the cause of this is to mow the other direction. It's that easy to ensure the safety of our bikers.

After a first warning, I believe it should be considered reckless endangerment to blow and leave grass and lawn clippings in our roadways, and if someone were to die because of such, it should be considered manslaughter. I do believe in a first warning because I understand not everyone understands the full implication and should be educated.
