The outbreak of Covid-19 has completely disrupted our normal life across the globe and so in India. GOI has declared total lock-down in the entire nation. People are confined in their homes and isolated. All sectors are closed except some emergency services. In India still a very large section of the population do not have internet facility of their own. A larger section of people still go to the cash collection centre to pay their domestic utility bills and pay their EMIs by way of cheques. Since the Nation is in shut down mode until 14th April, 2020 and people are home quarantined to save their own life and the life of near and dear ones, they will be unable to meet up all the deadlines of payment - until the lock-down is lifted by GOI. During this crisis period all the public utility sectors like electricity, telephone, mobile etc, all the lending institutions like Banks and NBFCs and all credit card entities "must" waive off all the late fees / interest etc for failing the due dates by citizen of India until the total lock-down is lifted by the GOI.  This petition, I hope, will benefit the citizens of India to a large extent from undue burden of additional cost of late fee/interest etc.

Please sign and spread the petition among your as many acquaintances as possible.
