The Acreage Athletic League executive board votes and controls everything with youth sports. The community and the parents that pay to play these sports have no say for anything in their community related to sports or how they are ran. In many organizations throughout the state, the presidents and board members are voted in by the public. The Acreage Athletic League, specifically the Coed and Girls Flag Football, Presidents are elected by the executive board only. This needs to be changed. The public and members of the community should elect who we want to run these programs, not the executive board.
