So here we are in the 21st century with all the luxury a human can afford and equal rights of people, but seems that some people still believe in leaching the money of others, exploitation of people and corruption are like daily doses for them, Here I am talking about the Third Party Contractors who are assigned to resource the man power required for the department, and then these people (contractual workers) are treated as they are slave of the department and also owned by these contractors, these CW do not have any job security, while the nature of the job being done by them is equally responsible for the growth of Organisation, the sad part is like everyone else they are working for the bread and butter, But the amount being paid to them is close to minimum wage , so now they can either afford bread or butter, with no scope of any increment in salary they have to pay the bribe( of course not willingly) at the time of Contract Renewal (and that too if they are Lucky) or a new breed will be recruited, leaving the previous batch unemployed...

So no job security, no increment and finally the corruption for getting the position of contractual job, the latest example for this is GA DIGITAL WEB WORD(P) LTD, who took 5000 Rupees from each Worker to get their contract renewed, for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. I request the concerned authorities of the said department to look into the matter and make sure no other person do these things in future and also take care of the people who also holds some share in the growth of the the organisation
