Hi,

I work for one of the mnc IT firm. I feel that the dress code which companies implement and enforce are not right. We as humans should have the choice to chose comfortable wear in the offices as long ad there are no safety violations.

I still do not understand why the policy mandates shoes and ties for men in India where the climate is not as per the cold climate of Eruope where they invented it. Also men should have the right to wear as sandals as women. 

Many of us have silently ignored these facts and accepted them as un challengable norms. But i choose to raise my voice to bring this to the public so that the authorities could look and change the outdated policies
