As population is increasing ,people are getting lost in their races. Emotion, humanity innocence, kindness and honesty are going six feet under. People are suffering emotionally, mentally and physically as well. From my experience, if we practice spirituality that includes meditation, yoga and important lessons from ancient monks then we can build a better world together for our future.
