Indian Supreme Court clearly says that Hinduism is not a religion but a way of living. Hence Proved Hinduism is not religion. Hinduism is a Cocktail of 6 major religions and several small local religions. The 6 major religions are

1. Saivam
2. Vainavam
3. Shaktham
4. Kaumaram
5. Ganapathiym
6. Sauruba

The minor religions are ancestral worship and spirit worship which was common among the Dravidians. The word Hindu is derived from "Sindh" which is the name of the river which separates the Western and Eastern Asia.. Europeans addressed the people beyond this river as Sindus. Since they had difficulty to pronounce "Sind" the name got corrupted to hindus. The new religion which was concocted, was decorated with fake spiritual stories like connecting Shiva from Shaivam, Vishnu from Vaishnavam, Shakthi from Shaktham, Kumaran from Kaumaram and Ganapathy from Ganapathiyam, into a single family, which represents Hinduism. We vellalas are the true natives of the tamil land and need our original ancestral religion back. Vellalars are not Hindus. Vellalars are Saivates. Government consider our request and form a committee identify us as a separate religion called Adi Saivam and also provide minority status to us.
