This petition is a request to the government to order schools to Teach the History of Tamil to students. This can raise awareness to save our language. If students start to learn about their culture and their history, they will start to feel the importance of their language and they will take steps to save it, like speaking Tamil with no other languages' words mixed. This can make a huge difference and the chances of our language surviving centuries will increase.
