My grievance is about the fraud going on with the people in Alibag. A Zerox shop in Alibag named as Abha Zerox (Shop location can be nearby found out by this coordinates from google maps - 18.647477,72.873607). I guess it is the only Aadhar enrollment centre in Alibag. These people take a lot of money in return of new aadhar card and biometric updates. Common people even know that update costs upto 25 rs as per govt. rules, but they simply neglect this thinking it as waste of their time. But this affects very badly to poor people who are mostly unaware of this and blindly give money to the shop. This shop has been earning a lot by this illegal method. I will tell my harsh experience there now. When I went there for my aadhar update and got to know about this, I was going to ask them about this but my mother stopped me saying it would lead to problems. When I asked them that when will my updated aadhar card will come, they said that they were not sure but they can give me aadhar card on the spot but will charge around 100rs extra( The cost they asked was around 100, I dont remember it exactly as this incident happened a long time time and I got updated aadhar 2 days back from today). Instead of giving me an original urgent card, they just downloaded pdf of my e-adhaar and printed it(one printed page which normally costs 10rs costed me 100rs here). Also when they were downloading, there was some feedback on the portal which had one question saying that was I asked for money at aadhar enrollment. They clicked on no option. I asked them why were they giving wrong option but they refused to speak. Lots of people take this urgent aadhar and get fooled by this shop. You can easily know about this fraud just by going there as a normal person.
