hello sir/ma'am we are students of tver state medical university, tver, russia. we are Indian students who came to study  medicine in Russia in 2015. we came through an education consu;tation company names rus education pvt. ltd. until September 2019 we were paying the same fees as informed to us by the firm. a new rector was appointed to the university who came forward and told us the actual fees structure of the university/ which was three times less than what we were paying. we then realised that all this while we were fooled and our money washed away like water. we tried to object to all this but every time we stood up for ourselves we were threatened. our parents were called and threatened. fake notices from the court were sent to our home.  when we checked for the authenticity of the papers the advocate himself failed to explain the notice. i will attach a copy of all the documents at the end of the mail. there are about 500 students studying in this university. each one of us are facing threats and this is one major reason why people are not able to come forward. students are really scared because this is not our native nation and we would not be able to ask for help from anyone. these people are really powerful financially. any social media platform that we choose to spread awareness through some or the other way they are blocking the pages or reporting the videos. the junior courses are hence not able to come to confidence. we are just a handful who have been bold enough to stand with the university and go against them . we mailed our problems to the Indian embassy in Russia, tried calling them too. but only after a wait of 2-3 weeks we got a reply. which was not satisfactory either. we called on there emergency number every time we would call there we were asked to call someone else, the calls were never received . we left voice mails also,  no replies still. we tried to seek help from Russian median but our only problem is the language. we then decided to talk to Indian media. we know for you also it will be a case of dilemma because we have not mentioned our identities. but please understand when embassy is bribed and they let our names out then how do we trust that media will not. this is the only reason. we are attaching each and everything that you would need to believe our words. we will be available to answer all your mails.and later through phone calls too.  at this moment we are only chasing for protection of our lives and friends. 
we will really be thankful if you could help us and  bring this to the knowledge of all concerned authorities who can help us with this.
