In Tamilnadu most of the politicians make offence remarks against Hindu gods. Recently Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi had made offensive remarks against Thirumala during an Atheist Conference at Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu in front of other religious groups. She had said, Lord Venkateswara is powerless and he need guard with weapon near the 'Hundi'.

In another incident Poet Vairamuthu made  offensive comment against Tamil god Andal in Srivalliputhur. He had crossed a line by quoting a book that called Andal a "Devadasi". In his speech, he had said, "In ‘Indian movement: some aspects of dissent, protest and reform’, written by Subhash Chandra Malik from America’s Indiana University, there is a line: Andal herself is a Devadasi who lived and died in the Sri Rangam Temple."

Hinduism is open for discussion and reform but not abuse. These so called rationalists talks only against Hinduism and Hindu gods that too in other religious group conference. It is hurting feelings of each and every Hindu living in India and the globe.

We never face these kind of discrimination in developed countries. But in India it is fashion to abuse Hindu gods and say it is freedom of speech. We are requesting India supreme court take note of this and do necessary steps to stop this.
