As of right now the Independence School District has their Culinary Curriculum teaching student the incorrect names of Kitchen Utensils. They officially call a Spatula, "Filpper/Turner". It teaches students that want to go into the culinary field incorrect terminology which is setting them up for failure. Personally I believe that they should change this as my peers education is very important to me. It saddens me that they would willingly do this. Please show your support and help me change this.
