i find unconscionable that disabled people are treated like second class citizens, and their funding for needed service's get cut every year. people don't ask to be disabled, and their earning capacity is none or limited, so they are forced to live on a  shoestring every month just to survive. i never see disabled rights mentioned and this site is a good example.        angry in santa rosa ca
