After Tuesday's tragic events, the words 'call CAPS' were floating around everywhere on campus. While we appreciate the sentiment and the encouragement to seek help, CAPS is not funded adequately, leading to waiting terms of up to 4 weeks before appointment. At one of the wealthiest schools in the country this is simply unacceptable. Members of our community who are vulnerable need and deserve the utmost support from not only the community that surrounds them, but this institution as well. Increase CAPS funding now.
