Citizens in the city of Los Angeles do not feel that sufficient funds are provided to the program Side Walks LA. at 1.4 billion dollars for 30 years.

Delays are mentioned within the cities website itself due to not having enough resources, this is unfortunately not a viable reason when you are discussing public safety for children that rely on these side walks to get to school as well as transportation for people that rely on ADA regulations.
