Many two-income families live in high cost areas, pay for childcare, and have large amounts of student debt. These families also pay a large amount of Federal, State, and Local tax and are often income-restricted from tax deducting student loan interest. With the current inflation, money simply does not go as far as it used to. Please sign this petition to tell the President that he should make families earning up to $350,000 per year eligible for whatever student loan forgiveness programs are created. This will allow families to save for their retirement, for the children’s education, and put more money into the economy without the burden of student debt.
