Currently there’s no plan to have NPCs with a unique storyline on the Pixelmon server. In a few of the main Pokémon games, Looker is a recurring side-character who provides the perfect opportunity! He works for International Police, helps the player thwart Team Galactic, and loses his memory in Ultraspace. Other than those and a few other points, his character is a mystery. I firmly believe that, in a server uniting all the main Pokémon regions, Looker deserves his own side plot. This would also provide a degree of continuity between each region. Perhaps there could be one Looker NPC per region that provides clues connected to a legendary or mythical Pokémon that was unattainable in the games (i.e. Marshadow and Manaphy)
