My grandson who is now 22  is incarcerated for a non violent crime he is paralyzed from being shot multiple time’s November 28 2020. He is at Baltimore City jail and is not getting medical treatment he needs including wound care for multiple pressure and bed sore that can cause infection. I know he should pay for his crime. But everyone deserves proper medical care. We asked that he be released home on home monitoring the judge declined. He has a special bed and wounds needs to cleaned three to four times a day. In the jail none of this is happening. He has a colostomy bag and a urine catheter. They provide a simple cot and minimal health support. We just want proper medical care we have insurance and not looking for a handout. Please sign this to have him at home on monitoring to be properly cared for again he is 22 . Moreover violence offenders are being let loose and he is being punished double because of his condition this is inhumane. Baltimore has to do better
