Nurses allowed to wear scrubs in 32 degrees plus

As a ward clerk I am seeing my nurses melt in this heat wave, to be told you have to wear your uniform to be professional, I totally disagree . Professionalism comes from the years of training undertaken not by what you wear and for our nurses to be cool in 38 degrees plus and maintain the level of care in a uniform that that may not be the norm but still a uniform to allow our nurses to work in a cooler manner, it must be better for patients and staff alike.
