The rights of animals to move with their owners are being damaged and squeezed due to the ever-increasing and out-of-control costs of the health certificate to travel from the UK to other countries.  The British government has transformed an acquired right into a privilege for the few, an expensive privilege and a creator of social inequalities.  They have transformed the right of individuals and animals to be together into a luxury for the wealthy few.  Up to £ 250.00 is required for a single certificate.  All this is shameful.  Taking advantage of the links between owners and their pets is unacceptable.  This thing has to stop now.
