Improving our Special Education Classes

It's no surprise that students in special education classes typically suffer from mental disabilities or illnesses. Despite this, there aren't much teachers that are willing to teach such classes. Whether it be the overwhelming amount of work required to do so or lack of incentives, this definitely should be changed. After all, why should the lives of people who suffer from their illnesses become even more difficult? That is why I suggest that there should be an added incentive towards becoming a special education teacher, such as an increased salary or assistance with/reduction of paperwork, as some special education teachers really do wish to teach their students, but end up spending huge amounts of time on paperwork. Although this would probably come at a cost, I believe that it is well worth it as knowledge is a priceless tool that can drastically improve the life of anybody.
