We, the concerned parents, students, and community members, are calling for immediate attention to the serious issues platening Lee Rand High School.

Concerns:

Academic Integrity:  Allegations of educators accepting bribes for marks and favors undermine the education system.
Lack of Resources: No textbooks have been issued, and students are suffering.
Unacceptable Discipline: Physical punishment with a pipe is being used.
Unsatisfactory Facilities: Poor bathroom conditions, including lack of lighting and contaminated water.
Exploitation: Foreign educators are being paid lower wages, creating an unfair environment.
Ineffective Teaching Methods: Students are being left behind, and awards do not translate to real-world success.

Demands:

1. Investigate and address allegations of bribery and corruption.
2. Provide adequate resources, including textbooks.
3. Implement humane discipline methods.
4. Improve facilities, including bathroom conditions.
5. Ensure fair treatment and compensation for all educators.
6. Review and improve teaching methods to support student success.

We urge the Department of Education to take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure a safe, supportive, and quality education for all students at El-Shaddai learning Academy and Lee Rand High School.
