I would like to use this Building for teaching the art of Boxing from the age 4 to 55. This would minimize some of the criminal activities that's  involved in the Community. Boxing teaches you Respect, Dedication and Discipline. Well as how to fight. Most Boxers don't use their fighting skills outside the ring. Having respect, being Discipline and dedication to the Art of Boxing can also help you to deal with winning, well as losing.
