Two weeks after fall quarter started, we have growing concerns about the quality of UCLA campus internet connection.

For many of students in UCLA, a stable and speedy Internet experience is inaccessible, which prevents them from important educational events, like polls, surveys, share docs, or even looking at slides on Bruin learn. Additionally, students constantly find difficulties during group discussion, interview, and recruitment, due to internet disruption.

The disappointing performance of UCLA internet has introduced significant inconvenience in student’s academic life. As student of UCLA, we believe it is a responsibility for the college to provide connectable and usable internet service.

If the internet issue persist, all UCLA students should be compensated by a reduction of tuition fee for their unexpectedly disruptive educational experience.
