This petition addresses the excessive noise that goes on in the evenings and into the late night associated with loitering and noise coming from certain establishments. There is a sense of urgency to address this, as a new business is coming that will affect the following streets Washington, Clay, Dekalb, Perry and also the MMI campus residents.
