The purpose of this petition is for residents to fight back against appointed judges in NJ.  Especially, the judge named below.

Judge Paul Escandon was appointed by Governors Corzine and Christie.

On 11/03/22 the Judge released Defendant Savage without bail for the car theft crime that ended in a crash on New Springs Road (Route 520) on 10/16/22 in Middletown, NJ.  The Defendant was apprehended by the MTPD police and arrested, but released without bail on 11/03/22.

Judge Escandon agreed with the Defendant Savage's defense attorney that Defendant Savage used the car for a "joy ride."

The residents of NJ have been living through brazen attacks by criminals for thefts of cars and burglary and assaults and kidnapping for the last few years.  When we finally get the opportunity to address the criminal actions for at least one (1) apprehended Defendant, the Judge releases him to go free even after countless charges are filed against the Defendant Savage in this one single event.  The Defendant Savage also had prior offenses for illegal gun charges.

Even Sheriff Shaun Golden of Monmouth County is in disbelief of the Judge's decision.

Sorry, fellow neighbors and residents of Monmouth County and all of NJ, nothing is easy.  Our police try to enforce and protect their respective township citizens, but the State's Justice System fails to protect our neighborhoods, cities and the State of New Jersey.  Judges like Paul Escandon are the threats to our civil society.

Impeach Judge Paul Escandon and all judges who practice dangerous actions to release criminals and do not protect the citizens of New Jersey.
