Speaker of the House John Boehner has been engaged in obrstruction of the US government in opposition of the agenda of President of the United States Barack Obama for the past three years, culminating in the shut down of the federal government on the 1st of October 2013. His obstruction has reached a point where it can be considered an act of rebellion against the Elected Government of the United States.

Letter to
U.S. Senate
President of the United States
John Boehner's decision to shut down the Federal Government over his opposition of the Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act has demonstrated that he has a contempt for the normal functioning of the Federal Government. John Boehner's shut down of the Federal Government and refusal to pass the senate approved "clean spending bill" can potentially be considered an act of rebellion against the laws of the United States, and therefore is an offense prohibited of US officers sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

Article 2 Section 4 of the United States Constitution states that "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

It is for this and any other potential reasons discovered upon investigation that We the Undersigned ask you to use your prerogative and bring Impeachment proceedings against Speaker of the House John Boehner.
