Every year many boys and girls go to Canada or other countries for Study and they do not show their marital status in India while applying for Visa. When they cross the Indian territory they stop calling their spouse and never sent a sponsorship to their spouse by which many of boys and girls commit suicide and some got depressed by a fraud done by their partners every year in India. 

I am filing this petition on the behalf of those who suffer in India due to their partners fraud. Those who apply for Study or Any kind of Visa should be fully verified ( Marriage, Child and Family background everthing) before giving Visa so many innocents can be saved from this kind of frauds. If somebody is trying to hide his or her marital status during his documentation or Visa verification should be blacklisted  or punished. 

I urge the Govt of India, Ministry of external affairs and Indian Embassy to make strict laws and verification for migrants.
