Ibrahim was not given the opportunity to present his appeal for his application for asylum, withholding of removal. Ibrahim was not allowed to have a hearing for his asylum appeal, nor present evidence in support of his claim. Ibrahim is a gay Ghanaian immigrant who is currently held in the Elizabeth Detention Center in New Jersey. Deportation would mean death in Ghana. Demand that Ibrahim have a stay of removal and not get deported!
