Immigration Canada Bring Mom Home

Updated May 1st, 2013

I started this Petition as I've personally seen the affects on our Daughter Mentally that she has had to endure seeing her Mother and Brother have to leave Canada and since.

My Partner lived in London Ontario Canada from 2007 till Aug. 24, 2012 with NO Criminal Convictions. However due to a short seperation during the Sponsorship process, even thou we reconciled shortly after Immigraton Canada Made her and son leave Canada.

I do not have any CRIMINAL Convictions but recently when we return from visiting her Mother I am being STOPPED when re-entering Canada and told I must report to Immigration Canada !

I am a Canadian, I was told they just want to make sure I am not trying to Smuggle her Mom back into the Country.  Why would I do that ! I am not a criminal, and doing everything legally I can !.

We sincerly Appreciate any Donation you can spare to complete the upcoming Fee for the Immigration Lawyers which are the TRP's and Arc's.

The Immigration Lawyers handling this case is Michael Loebach Law office in London Ontario Canada.  This is a legitimet request and we would not be asking if it was not needed.

Donations can be made here

Thank You
John P
