We are very happy to report that Javier was scheduled to again report to the Miramar office of DHS/ICE on Monday, and we have been able to cancel this appointment and reschedule it for a future date, as his case before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals continues. Co-counsel Rebeca Sanchez-Roig, Esq., has done amazing work in this very important and compelling case. We will continue to update our petition, and we greatly appreciate the support of everyone who has signed this petition.
