As a quick update, we attended an important and positive interview today at the West Palm Beach (WPB) DHS/USCIS office. The officer reviewed all the forms, and confirmed all the pertinent information - we have an approved marriage petition, with a marriage to a U.S. Citizen with 3 U.S. citizen children. Javier is the main breadwinner and source of support (certainly financially) of these children and his wife.
The officer then pointed to a large box full of evidence in support of this compelling case. So, it will take some time for USCIS to review all the evidence and consider our various petitions, including an important waiver, as well as other pending requests at other DHS offices. We look forward to a favorable adjudication in the near future.
On behalf of this family, we again thank everyone for their support, and we will update the petition with more news as soon as we can. Thank you again!
