VERY happy to report that DHS/ICE cancelled our appointment today as I was driving down to their Miramar office... It appears they will be granting him another 2-3 month extension next week, as we move forward with his approved marriage petition and waiver(s)!! Very happy for our client and his beautiful family. And, most of all, very thankful to DHS/ICE and EVERYONE who has signed our petition, made calls, sent letters, emails, and who has helped to support us in this VERY compelling case.
