Javier has a couple of important appointments, one with DHS/ICE in Miramar, and another at USDHS/USCIS in West Palm Beach. In order to avoid him being taken into custody and deported, we need as many signatures, phone calls, letters, and e-mails as possible. The federal government and DHS has the discretion to revoke and rescind the expedited order of deportation/removal issued against Javier over 16 yrs ago, when he was still just a teenager.
