We appeared at DHS/ICE in the last week and were able to successfully obtain another four (4) months extension for Javier... its getting more and more difficult, and there is more tension and anxiety each time we go in to "report" to DHS/ICE. On behalf of Javier and his family, we thank everyone for their interest and support in this very compelling case!!
