Sergio Avila-Montero came to the United States Over 14 years ago. He was in search for a better life. He married in Mexico before coming to the United States. Once here Sergio was a model citizen working and without getting in trouble. Now over being here for 14 years he is now in risk of deportation and risks never seeing his family again. Sergio has a wife and 4 beautful kids. 3 of which are American citizens. He does construction work in Georgia and on the way to work of April 17th 2013 another driver crashed into his trailer that he was hauling with his truck. An officer showed up on scene and demanded to see his license Sergio didn't have one and was arrested for driving with no license for an accident someone else caused On April 22nd 2013 he was transferred to Stewart detention center where he awaits deportation. His wife cries to me on the phone waiting for her husband to be released. Sergio has never been in trouble before and to deport him for driving without a license should be a crime in itself. Sergio is a low priority case and should be released immediately and be reunited with his family. Please help me by signing and sharing this petition.
