Stop the Deportation of Fidel Montoya Deleon A# 75780719

Fidel Montoya Deleon came to the United States from Mexico in search of a better life. In December 26th 1996 Fidel married Lisa Deleon; He applied for permanent residency in 1997 and was approved for permanent residency in 1999. Fidel and Lisa have 4 daughters ranging from 13 to 3 years old. Fidel works in the United States as a Brick Mason and he takes pride in his work. Fidel loves the outdoors and is always taking his girls fishing and to the park every chance he gets. Fidel was pulled over and arrested for excessive tent on his windshield of his vehicle. Fidel is currently being held at the Immigration Detention Center in Boone County Kentucky awaiting transfer to Chicago immigration detention center. Please do not deport Fidel Montoya Deleon, he is a loving father and husband. His wife and his 4 daughters need him here. Sign this petition and ask for the release of Fidel Montoya Deleon.
