This is to raise awareness and complaint to MERALCO that experience a high surge of ELECTRIC BILL to their consumers including myself even if I'm not at home I was still being charge with insignificant increase so for those who are willing to act and change our culture of not speaking. Please let us hear your voices, make your rant be heard, we may have lost hope in previous battle but the WAR is just getting started. We are not asking much for this or it may never be heard but at least its a start. Let's help to reach our aim and intention for our families.
