Rude and extremely rude behaviour of medical staff leads to unnatural behaviour of humanity. This needs to stop immediately. The way doctors humorously treat patients same should apply for staff. I believe all medical staff should be semd for counseling before put to job. No wonder there are crimes and unrest in some hospitals and clinics for misbehavior of staff. Licence should be cancelled immediately and staff should be brought to justice. Minimum of 14 to 45 days of imprisonment should be given. This I've been experiencing since my very childhood and I'm many of you guys faced it too. Lifeline Chemists here in Newtown Kolkata is best example recently I experienced.
