As a community, we would like to thank IMCGAMES for creating a wonderful game, Tree of Savior. There are currently a large amount of MMOs on the market, however we have chosen your project because it is unique and great in many ways, yet like any large project, Tree of Savior has its problems. And as many of us agree, one of the largest problems of the game, if not the single largest one, is the restrictions imposed on the trading system between players. The way it is currently handled, free players can not trade at all and the trading abilities of premium players are very limited. This discourages a lot of the players from playing the game at all, others opt to play solo instead of grouping because of the fear that someone else will get the loot they need and won't be able to give or sell it to them. The auction system is another huge problem − 1 auction slot for free players and 5 slots for premium players is not nearly enough to sustain a healthy ingame economy and the 2 day delay on retreiving silver from the auction house is absolutely ridiculous and discourages the use of the auction system completely.

Furthermore, all of the above is not only harmful to the players, but also to the administration, because these trading restrictions drive paying players away from selling premium items to free players and, paradoxically, right into the arms of gold sellers, which are more than happy to fill the niche. Speaking of gold sellers, despite all these restrictions, they seem to be the only category of "players" who are not stopped by them and also more than half of the users of the global chat, which is also restricted to free players. All of this turns an otherwise amazing game into a tedious and frustrating experience and drives players towards other projects.

As a community, we propose the following as a solution to this problem:

Remove all player to player trading restrictions.
Remove the 48 hour delay of silver retrieval from the auction house.
Increase the amount of auction house slots for free and premium players to 5 and 20 respectively.
Implement a system to report gold sellers or another way to detect and ban them quickly.
