Time and time again, the entire state of Illinois outside of Chicago has been under the direction of the city of Chicago. Most people south of this area are law abiding citizens, god fearing, and stay within the laws. One county in this state dictates the entire state in elections.  Pritzker's laws such as the Safe-T act put the entire state in danger, such as no cash bail for murderers, etc. We wish to allow Chicago to be its own state while the rest of Illinois may govern themselves as they feel appropriate as the US Constitution allows. It has been a multi-generational opinion that the rest of the state should not be ruled by this one city. We wish not to be subject to forced medical procedures, inoculations, and forced to comply with the opinions of one county of the state.
