To all who read this we are asking for your support. This is a petition to the injustice that has been going on since Judge Kennth J. Wadas has been on the bench. He has been wrongfully allowing prosecutors to present illegal evidence, he himself has been questioned of his ruling on the bench as you can see clearly in the article presented to you. He has been sentencing Black and Brown young Men and Women disportionally than any other race. Giving them life sentencing with no regard to their chance of rehabilitation at this point even the highet courts seems to agree that something is wrong and are starting to reverse some of his decision. We are asking that he be stopped and the only way is to remove him from the bench. His decision have great consequences to the lives of the Men and Woman that stand before him. The years that it takes for his decision to be overturn has grave effects on the ones serving the time and our famiy members.
