I have reported a illegal, unauthorized building in busy crowded area of Bengaluru. It is situated at 5th Main Road, Ganganagar ward 20, Hebbal.I wanted, authorities to demolish structure before it affect public at large. I found out through RTI that, it is completely illegal without sanction plan, worrying factor is it is 7 floor high rise building, encroachment to public road, is clearly visible. How did they allow dig out for basement floor or building 5th to 7th floor? Whereas even if  plan sanctioned, FAR for that locality is 1.75. It is five times more than FAR, worst is without permit or sanction plan to build. And there was complaint against owner who fraudulently took title which is under court scrutiny.. He had submitted false documents, fake claims, which BBMP rejected but failed to lodge complaint against him which made him GO scott free. What concern will he have towards public safety? It is civic body which must act swiftly to safeguard public interest.

I had CONTACTED CIVIC BODY OFFICIAL recently, HE IS OF THE OPINION THAT LOCAL MLA IS SUPPORTING THIS ROGUE OWNER. AND HE ADVICES ME TO APPROACH COURT.

So, if you do illegal activities, our agencies will remain mute spectators, expect whistle blowers to approach court. If, I don't approach court, these things remain legitimate? What a system, what a logic, with this attitude, we aspire to become world superpower. �
