Iam seeking to remove the toll booth across the state of California which violates the California 1850 admissions in to the union specifically Section 3 By charging $8 per car a taxation to cross local bridges in California such as the bay area bridge, orange county,San Diego south bound expressway and fasttrak you are required to pay a fee of 8 dollars which is unlawful under the compromise of 1850 Section 3 which granted admissions Into the union on the grounds through legislature or other wise shall not mess with the primary disposal of public land within it limit's and shall pass no law and do not act whereby the title to the united states to And right to dispose of the same shall be impaired or questioned and shall never lay any tax or assessment of any description what so ever upon the public domain Stating that all negavitable water ways and common highway shall be forever free that said tax violate willfully this provisions through taxation of tolls Bridges and fast trak that people in California are to be free from such taxation and seek to have the illegal taxation removed and that by you add to this petition will remove illegal taxation against the people 

This bill will remove all toll bridges and ferry tolls and parking meters in the whole state of California this includes parking tickets and Mark on your dmv record will be removed for unpaid tickets and shall be free and open for public access to the public
