I am a young, teenager lad hailing from the capital city. The recent hearing of the court cases came across my feed and I am out of words to start condemning the laws regarding rape in our country. Sure, I am not the best guy to speak of this societal issue that is in our constitution. However, i stand no paths uncrossed to have heard news evolving around this almost everyday. This particular information I out forward is the best to my knowledge and I wish to bring forward the issue of - "Illegal" Abortion section VS Rape section under the constitution of India. India along with many other countries consider it is as to be a  criminal offence to abort a foetus and can be charged 15 years behind the bars.

Rape survivors denied to have safe & legal abortion

According to a report going back to 2013 incident, a rape survivor was denied to have a legal abortion. Rape survivors are denied to have safe & legal abortion in the country.  

Considering this report, it is pretty evident of the level the laws binding the country can stoop to.
