I’m a single mother trying desperately to get my own home for me and my children, but the banks won’t give me a loan starting a can’t pay a $700 mortgage, but I pay almost $1,200 in rent, not including National grids, cable, and all other incidentals that come with a family of 5. This needs to stop. If I’ve been doing this for four plus years that should be proof enough I can handle a much lower mortgage payment towards something that will be MINE!
