The no detriment policy has been implemented in many universities around the world to help their students throughout the time of Covid-19. With this policy, students cannot score below their current average mark, but can still achieve higher. This still allows assessments to take place but gives students a safety net.
It is necessary for IE University to consider the mental health of their students and to take into consideration that this is a worrying time, as many of us have lost friends or family to the corona virus and this would make us feel more secure.
