Abolish Daylight Savings

Daylight savings is one of the most unpleasant hassles we unnecessarily have to face. It has been statistically proven that the days after daylight savings in March have an increase in car wrecks and heart attacks, and a decrease in productivity. It also negatively affects the circadian rhythm, the body's biological clock, which causes people to feel more groggy and tired.
Daylight savings should be abolished. The new official time should be on the consensus of a happy medium, half an hour in between the daylight saving times, 'spring forward' and 'fall back.' It should be the permanent time and never change, therefore preventing car wrecks, fatalities, damaged sleep cycles, and even just the unpleasant feeling of being tired that one should not have to feel because of a law.
