Currently, Syracuse University School of Design only allows for ID majors to experience abroad programs during the school year as a fourth year student. SU's ID section of their website clearly states that juniors can go abroad, but this is completely false. If you wish to go abroad with your friends who aren't in ID, you won't be able to. Personally, I believe if you pay almost $75,000 to go to this school, you should be able to decide whenever you would like to travel abroad. If you would like your voice to be heard, and for this to change please sign the petition. This has the potential to benefit the ID program outside of just being abroad.
