Maqbool Ahmed started this petition to ICC and

England played India in a group match at CWC19, on 30th June, at Birmingham. For England to qualify to the semi finals they must win the remaining two games against India and NZ, which they did.

Unfortunately, India performed below power through out the match. Particularly, in the last 11 overs where they only scored 80 runs.

From such a dominant position India should easily have won the match. India averages 11 runs per over from such positions. However, India lost by exactly 31 runs.

As a matter of fact there was lack of effort. Or the lack of effort was not to perform, so that Bangladesh or Pakistan does not qualify for the Semi Finals. Otherwise, Pakistan would have qualified for the Sami Final and England knocked out.

Wimbledon fined and punished players for lack of effort or fixing, in the past and present.

IOC banned Russia from the Olympics, for state sponsored drug enhanced performance.

ICC banned several players for tempering, match or spot fixing, such as Amir, Asif, Butt, Warner, Smith and many others.

It's time for the British Parliament to take strong action against ICC, ECB and ICB for non fair play. And disqualify England and India from the ICC CWC2019. Because the tournament is being played on our soil. The parliament should bring every one involved in the current match fixing to justice, and make them face the consequence for corruption.

Disqualify England and India. Let the other teams play in a fair and honest Semi Finals and final.
